Full fat soybean protein powder

We are the manufacturer of Soya products, we using only Non GMO soybean seed. Before being processed the seeds go through a rigorous multiple stage cleaning process to remove all foreign material.

The graded seeds are then conditioned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. Full fat flakes and finally grinding takes place which forms soy flour to requisite particle size to get a fine powder with creamy yellow color.

Full fat flour products appears in enzyme active form and in different particle sizes from ultra fine powders. The finished product then undergoes a final vigorous screening through advanced graders to get desired uniform consistency throughout the product.

The full fat soybean protein powder is made by crushing the peeled soybean, and its fat content is generally 18%.The protein content is not less than 40% and the fineness is more than 20 mesh. The full fat soybean flour may be rancid, so it must be refrigerated. The heated full fat soybean protein powder is stable, and the amount used in the cake is 3% - 6%, which can increase the moisture. content of the product.
